Staman Asri Villa, an expansive sanctuary nestled in the heart of Seminyak. Recently renovated in March of this year, our villa features three bedrooms and an additional bunk room, ideal for accommodating children.

Set amidst verdant surroundings, Staman Asri Villa offers complete air-conditioned comfort and overlooks an inviting 11 x 4-meter pool, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city noise.

Conveniently situated just a 6-minute walk from two breathtaking beaches – Seminyak beach to the left and Kudeta Oberoi beach to the right – our villa grants easy access to Seminyak’s renowned attractions. Within walking distance, you’ll discover the vibrant “Eat Street” with its diverse range of restaurants and the bustling “Happy Street” with its vibrant nightlife.

Inside the villa, a spacious and enclosed air-conditioned living room welcomes you, furnished with plush sofas and a TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts an oven, 2-burner stove, refrigerator, and hot/cold water dispenser, along with basic cooking facilities. Adjacent to the dining area, which features an 8-seat dining table, is the expansive master bedroom with its own private garden. Another generously-sized bedroom is located off the main living room, both offering ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. High-speed fiber optic WiFi ensures seamless connectivity throughout your stay.

Bedrooms one and two each offer queen beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom, situated upstairs, features a queen bed and an additional mezzanine level with another queen bed, perfect for children. Additionally, we’ve recently introduced a basic bunk room, accommodating younger adults or children comfortably. Upon request, we can arrange two single mattresses in the spacious lounge area, allowing for additional overnight guests.
